Dunkin' - Cicero

I had accidentally placed 2 orders on the Dunkin’ app and went in to see if anyone can help me solve this, the girl at the register told me very rudely no and even went on saying I’m just an employee here. I asked her to repeat what she had just said because I couldn’t believe it and she loudly said “i said I’m just employee here!” Excuse me so as an employee isn’t it your job to help me! Then I go to ask her if I can speak to her manager not knowing that he was right next to her! He says “i am … – show

I typically have good luck at this Dunkin. They get the order right and the food is hot.

Waited 10 minutes in the drive thru, I then waited another 3 minutes for someone to take my order at the menu screen, no one took my order there. I pulled up to the window and was told they could not take my order since “there is a line” a line that I just waited in. This here was bad customer service. To whomever is in charge please work on better customer service and dont inconvenience your fellow customers.

Disgusting and very Rude service cashiers HAD A TERRIBLE ATTITUDE
