Lockdown got folks missing their pals and their partners but all I want is to be reunited with Newtown Takeaways If it comes to it I will singlehandedly keep y'all afloat when you reopen, swear to god, I could live on that sweet sour pork, crispy pork, spicy noodles and veges in a large $11 box 5eva. Clearly very hard working people. It is the same team here everyday. Food is amazing, highlight recommend orange beef! Big portions for little money!

Stopped in today to try the Singapore fried noodles. AWESOME! great flavour and a good mix of veg and meats including prawns. Cheaper than Kopi Tiam in the mall but easily on par for the flavour.... the mix of veg and meat might even give them the edge I will have to revisit and update the rating. Worth a try, been here a long time and there is a reason for it.

The food is OK and it's cheaper here. There's a lot of selection and they have ready made meals. They have a lot of chips. Have tables and chairs.

Absolutely love this place. Have been a regular for a few years now. Great value for money, friendly staff, and the lady that serves the smorgasbord absolutely packs the food into your container.
