Great customer service! The environment, music and the people who are working there are just so nice. Love getting my fries there

There are tons of locations just in Chula Vista alone but the stores provide a great atmosphere to enjoy a drink and meet up with friends. Feels like the brighter, fun Starbucks of boba. Tons of variety and plenty of snacks to nibble on. My favorite is the honeydew snow bubble and crispy chicken. Tip: I prefer to skip boba in snow bubbles (frappe) because the texture becomes very hard (simular to putting gummy bears into frozen yogurt). If I do order a milk tea with boba, try small boba. It's more fun and a silkier texture.

Great customer service! My daughter ordered the chicken snack and a large milk tea with boba last night, and was too sweet to complain about the lack of flavor in her drink. After realizing she wasn't chugging her drink she came clean and we let the girl behind the counter know about the issue- she quickly remade the drink from scratch (not using the premade) and just like that an grin from ear to ear on my sweet gif ace appeared.

Every time I order via grub hub or door dash, they always forget the straws! Tried to call multiple times to the store but will just ring and no one will pick up.

I ordered a chocolate snow boba and a taro snow boba. My order was ready in about 5-7 minutes. Total was about $11. Service was friendly and we enjoyed our drinks!
