Amelia's - Christiansburg

Just the best! The pasta dishes are my favorite, especially the sampler. I would like to see more seafood dishes without wine in them ( allergic to this combination and can never order them). Outside, the place is a hidden gem. It is routinely crowded on Fridays and weekends, but never annoying how the ridiculously crowded restaurants in Blacksburg and near the shopping center can be. This applies especially during the FB weekend at VT.

Service is always friendly food is excellent and I don't know from another restaurant anywhere that you have a calf dinner (usually enough for two meals) for under $15. This is our restaurant! We also ordered large quantities for church functions and received Rave reviews!

A great Italian-style restaurant with good food and friendly staff. Their cheese steaks are not traditional Italian creation, but are excellent. Auberginen Parmesan is another great choice. I'm probably a bit biased because it's the nearest restaurant in my house and I often eat there, but try.

Gluten-free pizza!! Not only GREAT regular pizza, but spectacular gluten-free pizza. Not expensive, great amount of food, fast and friendly service. Amelia's is a winner in our book!!!!

Great Local Italian. We stopped at Amelia's for dinner on our way to SC. We were looking for something, anything, other than fast food or chain restaurants and found Amelia's on Urbanspoon. I got the stuffed shells and my daughter got the pasta with shrimp in garlic butter. The portions were large and I was certain I would only be able to eat half, but it was so good before I knew it I had finished 3/4 of my serving. Had to stop there but wish we were not on the road as I would definitely taken the leftovers home with us if we could. Dinner was accompanied by a loaf of warm, soft bread (simple but excellent) and a salad that was not up to the level of the rest of our meal. If I lived in the area I would definitely make a return trip to Amelia's. Service was prompt but not rushed and staff was very friendly.
