El Fogon Grill - Christchurch

I have bought the same Brisket menu with Pure rustico for the last 4 weeks, being to go. Unfortunately the last two occasions have been quite disappointing. 2 weeks ago, the amount of meat was less than usual and it was very dry, which I noticed when I got home. And yesterday, Sunday 05/22, I ordered 2 brisket with 4 portions of rustic puree, the sauce did not come. disappoint.

We ordered mixed grill from sorted meat to share well marinated, full of flavor, smokey taste, supplemented with traditional chimichurri sauce, beautiful dressed salate and crispy chips. reminded me of the time when I had fleshy parrillas on a road in buenos aires. a glass mate would accompany it well.

Whether they order it on ubereats or Dine-in, it will be delicious. some of my favorite BBQ in the city. I just convinced myself to order it

The food is sooooo good since we moved we haven't been here as much but the visit today reminded of what we are missing so will be back more often.

Perfectly seasoned and grilled: forgot to ask which part is the beef cut from, it’s flavorsome and juicy! Love that grilled chicken too
