Mcdonald's - Chino Hills

I've been going here for about 20 years. My dad used to take us as kids every other Thursday for dinner and we'd play in the play place. It's a typical McDonald's nothing special or bad about it. I haven't been in the play area in probably 15 years so can't talk about that, but the drive thru is usually pretty fast.

Love how this McDonald actually mix my McFlurry correctly... out of all other locations they don't mix it fully. Those other locations I'll just eat some vanilla ice cream by itself. THANK YOU TO THIS MCDONALD LOCATION!

The place is really neat and cute inside. They have a childrens play area but it wasnt open. I do feel they need to hire more people because there was only one register available and we waited a bit. Other than that the food was good and warm.

Been waiting over cashier more than 5 minutes and no employee show up to help, have to place the order myself at the kiosk, and when my order was ready, some of the employee just call my number and leave my order on the counter without asking if I need anysauce at all. Disappointing.

This McDonald's constantly does not open on time making me late to work because I have to make a second trip to another McDonald's every time they are not open on time. Opening at 6 AM does not mean you get ready at 6 it means thedoors/drivethrough are open at 6. I went there at 6:33 this morning and still closed. This is a weekly occurrance.
