Buffalo Wild Wings - Chicopee

The restaurant inside is nice and clean and the server are friendly, but I liked eating, we have the spicy garlic wings and tasted like simple buffalo sauce, we also have the garlic parmesan wing and they taste as edgy and the frying? as they probably have already read on other reviews, they were cold and gummy, the basket had a sticky on me, the hot

My man and I were gone to have the Chicope booth 2 or 3x per month for some time, now we were very happy to have big server and great eating, last night we had no one of our regular server that was good, but the service we were used to have lacked, it felt like we were just forgetting that eating did not come together and wait for my drink (what I had to supply) I paid my bill (my man asked if I left a tipp that I did, he was surprised because of the less than stellar service that we receive). we were just disappointed because we had been pampered with our previous visits by great service and had expected this experience last night.

For a foodie and an African who's used to well seasoned and spiced foods, this here was just fair for my first meal; not enough heat as I expected and a little too much salt which is not unusual for Americans. I had the Buffalo wings BTW. My American hosts though gave the meals and service a big thumbs up.It's pretty easy to locate, serene, offers a wide variety of meals, sandwiches, soups, salads and drinks. The staff are friendly and the service is great.

My boyfriend and I went to eat there Saturday night. The food was okay but the service was horrible. Our server(I believe his name was Max) paid little to no attention to us. He took forever to bring our drinks. Later we asked for napkins and he took nearly 10 minutes to bring them to our table. I would understand if the restaurant was busy but it was not. He never even came by to ask if we were doing okay or if we needed something but he would constantly go by his other tables to make sure they were doing fine. By the looks of it, it was probably something to do with us being Hispanic. When the check came, he kept rushing us to pay. We were just trying to enjoy the game. On top of everything, I happened to check my bank statement and seen I was overcharged because he adjusted the tip himself. How disgusting! People like that should not be waitressing. Do better.

Best Buffalo Mac n cheese I’ve ever had! Only thing better than the Mac was the pick up employee, Alex! The BWW system was experiencing issues but she made the experience well worth it.
