The Fillmore - Chicago

Beautiful bar when you walk in. Should have known by the amount of availability on a Saturday night. Drinks are not cheap and we’re not impressive. Ordered “Ahi Navhos”… exited to see what ahi be his would be. It’s tuna poke in the standard mold of a tuna poke served with stale pita chips. Not anything of a nacho. Ordered the lettuce wraps/cups. They were served with wilted pieces of lettuce, more for a salad. You could use any of the lettuce in the intended way. And the chicken was dry and bland. Ordered salad, very very bland and dressing had no taste. Ordered sweet potato waffle fries and they were decent. The nacho appetizer took so long it came with the rest of the meal. Waitress was hurrying us along from the beginning and they were empty. If you have another option to go to, I would.

The food and service were excellent! The music was a bit too loud and the food was overpriced even for hotel pricing.

Met someone for a quick dinner. I love the look of the restaurant in the Kimpton hotel. We had the Caesar salad. That may have been the best Ceasars salad I have ever had. It's a large portion that you can split with others. I had the Thai Basil Chicken was very good, my friend had the salmon and risotto. Both were delicious! Look forward to dining there again!

The Fillmore, honestly, was my second choice after I couldn’t get reservations at my first choice, but I was pleasantly surprised! The food and service was good and me and my family enjoyed it!

We ordered a lot of appetizers and a sandwich plus a couple drinks. It was so good!
