They sat us so far from everyone and eating was served in stages and very far apart. When our food came out, I was not hungry because it took a long time.
The food was solid. we went for restaurant week and although the menu had less choices than other restaurants in the rule, they were delicious. the Prosecco grape cocktail became delish. the Veg page for one of the dishes came cold, which was disappointing. our waitress was inconspicuous, but we weren't in a hurry, so we don't mind. beautiful room when in the main room. very beautiful.
Food, service, ambiente and drinks were everything. I highly recommend it.
What a great surprise!! booked this for brunch because it was near my aunt’s hotel during her visit, but otherwise didn’t know much about it. it’s in a daniel burnham building which was very chicago for my guests, and i knew this wasn’t going to be a basic brunch by the smell of fresh baked bread being made on site when we walked in. the service is kind of like a brazilian steakhouse in that you don’t really order, they just keep bringing brunch small plates to your table, so that made it fun to try a little of everything (which is great because everything we ate was OUTSTANDING: especially the thick cut bacon, lox bagel and french toast). good vibes and good food all around!
