Hard Rock Cafe Chicago

Hard Rock Cafe Chicago located at 63 W Ontario St, Chicago, IL 60654 is a fantastic Hard Rock!! Clean, friendly employees and management really cares about the quality of the customer’s experience. I got their cheeseburger and it was cooked perfectly, the Onion rings delicious, and the (heated up! BBQ sauce that comes with the Onion Rings is a taste treat. The memorabilia on the walls is awesome, from Guitars used by various Superstars to other items from Bands. Really cool layout of memories. Quite varied menu, but not so large to intimidate or that they can’t make the food freshly. The merchandise store was also great. My server Quan and Manager Emily were tremendous. I’d come here daily during my 3 day Chicago stay, but I want to try a few other places too. This one can be said to be a “tourist trap”, but go ahead and trap me well taken!!! Oh and upstairs in the corner there aren’t speakers, so the volume is not loud for those who want to easily talk and not be at normal Rock level. A calm 80 decibel max. The place ROCKS!!

I mean I love HRC, I was on a visit and HAD to go to this one to get souvenirs. It's located well and easy to find. I got T shirts for the whole fam plus a cap and a keychain... my 3 stars goes bc 2 of the tshirts were labeled for $28each and were charged at $40 each... which made me even more upset was that I only realized it when I checked the receipt once I was at the airport getting ready to go home... so please be on the look out of how much you actually get charged for the items you are buying bc even though they have a price u might get overcharged..... Update. After talking to Michael (General Manager of HRC Chicago), who answered to this review, he was able to sort things and I got a refund for the over charge. Thanks Michael, it's ppl like you who care about making things right for the customer that make us returning customers. Will definitely stop by HRC when I am in Chocago again.

Clientele is very touristic (as expected) eating and service was very average.

Hunter is the best server ever! it was our birthday of our daughter and he treated her like an absolute queen and let her be “guest DJ”. it was amazing!

Our server was super cool and the eating and ambiente were nice. our children also enjoyed it.
