I ordered a stadium pizza, which is usually one of my favorite dishes at this restaurant. However, today my pizza was burnt and the sauce or cheese tasted sour. Something was clearly not right. I am sorry, but this will be my last order here. Please ensure that you check for any burning and make sure all ingredients are in good condition.
We ordered our work lunch two hours in advance. My pregnant colleague was famished, but we had to wait for half an hour past the scheduled delivery time. Although the pizza was delicious, the tardiness has deterred me from ordering from this restaurant again. It ultimately ruined our Valentine's Day lunch. We are still waiting and still hungry.
Been a return customer and the food and service has always been great. Today I placed a pick up order and after getting home and separating the food we found our pasta was missing, I called back and was told to come back and get it , that's not what upset me it was the way I was talked to and when I asked to speak to the owner or manager she refused and told me no one was there. I don't understand where customer service has gone, she definitely needs training.
Richie is a 10/5 bartender. I know it only says 5 stars but my boy Richie is the absolute best. I live less than a block away and he’s the reason I continue to go back to golden crusts bar. I suppose the food and drinks are also really good too, but I promise richie is the best reason to go to golden crust.
