Cracked On Milwaukee - Chicago

Food was OK. Very basic. Had to put more hot sauce on. Service was OK but one woman who worked there had a very offensive shirt on. I won't be back. There are much better breakfast places in the area.

To start off the food was quite expensive, spent over $100+ for 5 sandwiches. I would think it would be worth the money but it wasn’t, food didn't look like shown on food menu via uber eats. Also had to go pick up my own bag that they left behind because they didn’t give both bags to the uber driver, the restaurant was at fault. Needs to do better.

A friend recommended this little place while I was passing through Chicago. Cute little restaurant with very good food. Loved everything about. A little more pricy than I usually pay for breakfast, but worth it.

Very cute breakfast joint! Party of 3 we had there one of their famous breakfast sandwiches but i forgot the name, chilaquiles with chicken and the chorizo skillet with an other of wild berry pancake stacks with fresh bananas and strawberries. The sandwich was so good it had an egg, cheese and cream cheese I added bacon and Sriracha. The chilaquiles looked tasteful and fresh and the chorizo skillet was also good with guacamole, queso, jalapeños and eggs over a bed of potatoes. The pancakes were nice and fluffy and creamy whip with fresh fruit made it all satisfying. We were all happy. Cracked egg has a variety on the menu not only do they serve breakfast but lunch items like burgers, sandwiches and melts. They also offer alcoholic beverages. This is a very cute spot that we enjoyed very much. I would definitely come back to try the lunch menu.

This food was absolutely delicious. After the first time I came here, I went three days in a row right after just to try their different foods. Highly recommend, WOW.
