Contribuiți la feedbackI arrived at this restaurant at approximately 6:48. When i got in line i was expecting a fresh and delicious burrito since i had just got off my 12 hour shift. When i got my burrito i requested a certain item multiple times but they ignored me and didn't add it. Then when it came to checkout the cashier was very rude. I thought i would let it slide since it was a long day for most according to the loom on every employee face. That's when i went to go sit down and all the tables and chairs were dirty. I went to sit down at the cleanest table i could find. That's when i unwrapped the aluminum foil covering the burrito and the burrito broke apart. The burrito was very poorly mad and low effort. Then the rice didn't taste like rice. It tasted stiff and unusual. My exceptions for chipotle are usually high but for today they're very low.
I've gone into this chipotle once and my experience was not very pleasurable. First of all, the restaurant was dirty at nearly every table, I was barely lucky enough to enjoy it. The only thing saving this review is the service, they are spectacular and deserve so much better than this. When it comes to the food, it's your average chipotle, but the issue I see if that there isn't someone cooking fresh refills on the food behind the workers, so the kitchen is empty. That, and their agua frescas aren't even cold and have an extremely watery taste. On a scale of 1/10? it gets a 2.
The worst chipotle! It used to be one of my favorites but every single time I give them a try It's a fail! I've reached out to chipotle and they have yet to attempt to better this location. It's annoying since it's the only one near me. So grosss, never again! Don't do it it'll ruin your day!
The staff at this location always seems to be on the go whenever I visit, especially during lunchtime. They are juggling numerous online orders while also attending to customers who are dining in. I give five stars to the staff for their hard work and dedication in managing to fulfill as many orders as possible. However, I must give just one star to management for not having a better system in place to balance online and in-person orders, as well as for not setting clearer expectations regarding online order pickup. Additionally, I have to give one star to some customers who, despite shoving their phones in front of staff members' faces, seem to think this will speed up their order. During my last visit, there were ten people doing this simultaneously, and it was obvious that the staff were overwhelmed.
I regret having to write this review, but I feel it's necessary. I ordered a side of protein and was surprised to receive a small ramekin of brisket served in a burrito bowl container, and they charged me $7.55 for it. Typically, side proteins range from $3 to $5 and are served in clear containers. It's disappointing that some places seem to take advantage of customers. The cashier didn’t seem to know what he was doing, and the manager instructed him to charge me extra for the brisket. I only ordered the brisket, so the whole experience was frustrating.
