Don't ask or pay for extra cheese. The people there obviously don't eat pizza. They obviously voted for Biden. That speaks for itself.

2 1/2 Stars: First personal order from this location. I 've had this location 's pizza at work when the company orders pizza (they vary vendors). I ordered online for in-store pickup. The online ordering process was okay, maybe I missed the order time during the process, but I didn 't notice the 65 minutes until after I paid. I should have called to confirm the time. I arrived 45 minutes after the order and a couple in front of me orders in the store and are told 15-20 minutes. Hum? I tell the friendly guy (he was really nice) that I know I 'm early, but wanted to pay. Oh, your pizza is done he says. So I pick up my warmish pizza and take it home. Throw it in the oven for 10 minutes and the pizza is hot and ready. Tasted good, but had I not reheated the pizza it would have been a busted pizza night. I really like Papa John 's Pizza. I 'm not a super fan of this location though. I may give them another chance because I know from work lunches that they can get it right.

Still sucking now they won't even take your order so you stayed a hold on for hours at a time how you call tall and caused them on hold for hours and hours now they got to suckiest employees and Pops besides McDonald's they got the suckest people working for them lol

Took 2 hours to get my order, said they would credit me on next order, now they will only cover 1 pizza! Terrible management

Calls now go through the call center, not the local store. Even though we have had pizza delivered to our address for over 5 years, the call center said they do not deliver to us. When I mentioned this, they offered to transfer me to the store. I was immediately told at the local store that the store manager won’t let them take phone orders and that I would have to call the call center. I explained that we were transferred to them from the call center because of the delivery issue. I was then told that they changed their sectors and can no longer deliver to us.
