Traditional small pub, with small cozy areas. Home cooked meal that is good value. Very friendly welcome and great beer

Great beer, fantastic home cooked food, just like my mam used to make, hardly any pubs like this anymore and the staff make you feel so welcome. What more do you want. I would of give my rating 10 stars if I could, A MUST VISIT.

What a wonderful little pub. So glad we found such a place, we hope to visit often.

Meal was excellent, nice atmosphere, pleasant staff, always go here when in Chester.
