Hardee's - Chesapeake

I live less than 2 minutes away from here. The pommes were stale, some were still not cooked, and not a single hot frit when I got the food home. Instead of unhappy that I have to upgrade to finish with frits that were not fresh/cooked. These are several questions of quality control that need to be addressed because it was absolutely disappointing.

The trip was completely wrapped around the building and there were at least 3 people who constantly drove food to cars. That said, still did it in a reasonable time and received excellent food from excellent staff.

I got a big cheeseburger and didn't ask for a mustard and there was mustard on it! Mustard makes me sick? also my spicy chicken was missing!

The five chicken tits ordered. Absolutely delicious. In my opinion, they are much better than Chick-fil-a!!

Always takes a bit longer for the fresh chicken but never have any issues. The young guy who took our order and brought it out was knowledge and polite. Good job bro!
