Jojo's Diner - Chesapeake City

I typically don't like to complain unless I have a good reason, and I generally try to be positive. However, during a recent visit to Jo's for breakfast with my family, we had a disappointing experience. When placing our order over the phone, the person taking our order didn't hear my niece request sausage and eggs, so our meal arrived without the sausage. When I called to address the mistake, I was informed that we would have to pay extra for the missing sausage because they claimed it was not their fault. I believe that, as regular customers, they could have handled the situation better by apologizing and offering to bring us the missing item at no cost. Instead, they seemed unapologetic and unwilling to make things right. This lack of good customer service was very disappointing and has led us to consider finding another place for breakfast in the future.

The food at this restaurant is fantastic and the staff is wonderful! This was my first visit and I absolutely adored it. Jojo never fails to impress!

Whenever I travel to and from Elkton, MD, I always make sure to stop in Chesapeake City at Jojo's Diner for a meal or to grab something to-go. Their chicken dumplings are incredible, along with their omelettes, cheesesteaks, burgers, hotdogs - pretty much everything on their menu. You won't be disappointed!

During the trip in maryland, came over jojos. let me tell them as someone from nj, the diner capital, from the usa, this diner in maryland meets the jersey standards and that says much! we felt like home! the food was tasty, in generous portions (the half for a meal the next day after home.) our waitress was experienced, professional, friendly, cared for our needs without being in our face excellent service, excellent eating! there are real diners outside of nj and that is one of them. Go, you'll be glad you did it!

Great indoor atmosphere with a wide variety menu that includes all meals of the day. They have good prices and very friendly staff! Would recommend this place for a bite to eat if you pass by.
