Haidilao, chatswood.<br/ we ordered 4 kind of soup, 2 clear base, 1 mala and 1 bone broth.<br/ •<br/ i'll give this restaurant<br/ RATE: 9.0/10<br/ •<br/ it is a bit pricy but it is worth your money

Visited the restaurant twice and the service was excellent! The hot pot soup base is not as strong and suits the majority crowd. Love the place and would definitely revisit in the near future. Best to book before visit.

With 8 soup types to choose from, prepare to have a taste of just about everything ⁣<br/ ⁣<br/ With an unlimited sauce station and lots of meat, veggie, noodles, signature dishes etc. to choose from you will absolutely be satisfied here! ⁣<br/ On top of this you can spruce up your noodles with a live performance! It comes with the fresh noodles ⁣

First time try haidilao in Sydney, love the ambience and the food amazing. I order two based soup. One with chicken base broth and another the pepper base soup. For me it’s hard to even know which one is it because it looks similar and taste similar. I order the beef ball with cheese , sea cucumber, black dumpling, fish roe fish ball, mushroom, marinated beef and because it’s my birthday they give us free gift and free noodle performance. Overall everything good just some of their staff can’t speak English or understand English. But food amazing! Service was okay!

The staffs is very cooperative, fresh food and great soup. Will be coming back
