AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!I feel like we got the scraps from the day, it was not edible. Imagine chicken jerky with thick breading. If I wasn't almost 100 miles away, I would go back to get a refund. If you care so little about the food you serve, just do everyone a favor and shut down shop.

I had the food delivered but first off. You added the wings in together when 2 separate people ordered them. Then I paid $4 and some change and this is what you gave me for my mash potatoes. A half of cup. If I had known I wouldn’t have wasted my money.

The flounder fish sandwich and red beans and rice are what I go back for.i wish they had the fish all the time.

I went in last night to get some chicken and was very disappointed. I couldn't just purchase chicken alone!! Was offered the combo meal which was very expensive $11.34! I wanted Cajun rice and it's on the menu but they didn't have it. The cashier was outside smoking when I arrived and I said he better wash his hands before dealing with my food!! He did!! I won't go to Popeye's again!! Very disappointed and dissatisfied!! I will try another location but not the Charlottesville one!! Terrible customer service!!??????

Beware the false prices and bait and switch. Popeye in CVille routinely adds and extra dollar or two to each order as few people will notice. The menu prices are not what is in the register/ordering system. They tried to charge us $4 extra on two combos. And, good luck to get your order correct.
