Mcalister's Deli - Charlotte

I ordered shrimp fried rice and was disappointed to find barely any shrimp in it—they were tiny! The chicken wings were also really small. My order was messed up, and I won't be coming back again.

To begin with, there was no soap dispenser in the bathroom, which raises concerns about whether the employees washed their hands properly after using it. I ordered boneless wings with fries, but the fries tasted like they were fried in the same oil as the fish. Half of them were overcooked, while the other half was undercooked. Some of the chicken was fresh and moist, but most of it was dry and overcooked. I would recommend avoiding this restaurant, as I felt nauseous for the rest of the day after eating there.

Terrible customer service. I waited at least five minutes for a cashier to assist me, despite there being no one else in line. The staff seem inexperienced and lack knowledge. Additionally, my fish tasted and looked like it had been cooked in old oil. I won't be spending my hard-earned money here again.

The food here is good but I am disappointed that they're wings are so dang little. Are they wings from baby chicks? Makes a person wonder!

After being a loyal customer for many years i am disgusted and appalled from the food and service customer service refused to give me a refund after they gave me a burger patty bigger then a football were it was double the size of the bun and couldn’t even fit and food that taste like it came from a trash can and gave me food poisoning for days I will never dine here again and suggest you don’t either. The customer service was very bad and rude. I was in denial at first because I dine here before but once again I am so appalled and disappointed with their actions and food delivery to the table. If you see this I don’t want you to be disturb but I want to tell you my honest truth
