Got the calzone, wasn't bad at all. Looked like a good place to go with friends. Sat with Elvis and Jesus for dinner.
The service was HORRIBLE! Front staff employees/ pizza maker didn 't seem to care about anything. A man from back of house did bring the wings and fries and he was very nice and polite. Another customer walked in to order and the employee, that WASN 'T WORKING THE REGISTER, said while the man was ordering, What kind of pizza did you want? The longer you stand here the longer it will take! And not only did I hear that since I was up there asking about the other half of our order but, the rest of my group that was at the table heard it as well. So it was a little loud... and rude! Don 't get me wrong, the food was hot/fresh when it finally arrived... It took about 5 to 10 minutes for the pizza... GREAT! The wings and fries took 48 MINUTES! I had to go check on it and then all of a sudden they were working on it . My garlic parmesan wings literally tasted like cooking grease... I can see why the other locations are permanently closed if they were anything like this group?
Our experience here was very average to slightly below average. First the current prices do not match with what it says on the online menu so I have attached the menu for reference. The prices are slightly more expensive than they should be for the quality you get, however, I feel this is compensated by the quantity given. The portion sizes are large and filling. The mozzarella balls were the best thing on the menu! The chicken parmigian sub was okay but sloppy and easily fell apart. The pepperoni and cheese calzone was overall pretty good. One thing that was annoying about this place is the wait times on food. It warns on a sign when you enter that the wait times may vary because the food is made by order, however, my food came out about 30 minutes before my boyfriends did which is a bit ridiculous. Don't come here expecting a well taken care of dine in experience there are no waiters you go get your own drinks and to go boxes. The overall cleanliness of the space is also below average the floors looked dirty and unkept many of the tables looked dirty even though there were not a large amount of customers. It was not the best place I've been to but also not the worst which is why I gave it 3 stars. Most likely won't be coming back, but if you go I recommend the cheese balls for sure!
Absolute disaster. As others have pointed out, the kitchen was slower than paint drying on the wall. We went there with three other families. One family did not get there food and ended up cancelling the order. My family ordered a cheese pizza. It was the worst pizza I ever had. It was like they used a line pizza (they do sell by the slice) with almost no cheese and served it to us. Line pizza is expected to have toppings added to it per order. It may sit for a few hours. Our pizza had briefly seen cheese from a distance. It had more sauce than cheese. The crust was dry and bland. I had a better frozen pizza the night before that was less than 4.00. My wife did not eat more than a slice from her slice and my son (18) made do. We ordered a bowl of fries and never got them. We were told that the kitchen was overwhelmed but there was no one in the restaurant. Always prepare in house orders before take out. I would not recommend.
