Pappas Pizzeria - Chaparral

When it comes to pizza, if the crust doesn't satisfy, then the meal isn't fit to eat. Now Pappas uses a gad oven and always cooks the pizza so that a traditional crust is well toasted around the edges and the bottom but still moist enough to enjoy the entire experience. Even with leftovers, the next day, it still satisfies. Also, the Garlic Parmesan wings are great.

Even though it was almost closing time that employees were very friendly and still got my order.

The food is exceptional and very good but just from that notion people will automatically assume they have the same service as dominos or Papa John's they do not, it is a locally own pizza place, if you want great customer service where you feel superior then go to a Domino's, Papa John's, little ceaser.

Rude at times.! Need more learning with how to speak to people during rush hours

The food came over two hours late even when I ordered the day prior. When I called to check up on my order they could not find it. The food came and the wings were okay but the pizza was garbage. On the phone, website, and Google, it said nothing about a delivery fee. In addition to the delivery fee they charged me over $44 more at the time of signing and delivery than what they told me over the phone. Then they told their delivery driver they couldn’t give them their tip from my receipt and had them call me to send it to them through a payment app. This place is a scam. Don’t order from here.
