Contribuiți la feedbackHad christmas day brunch reservations made by open table. receive at least 2 confirmations. in westfields marriott for reserved time only to find out that the hotel had cancelled brunch for christmas. I was there with my older mother and two other people. it was a catastrophe! we really had to scramble to find another restaurant, which was not easy because it was christmas and there were not many options. very disappointed. No one called me or sent me to know that they had canceled the brunch. the management has treated the things very bad - no offers of any kind of compensation for our inconvenience. I do not recommend this place at all and will never go back.
We've been visiting the Westfields Marriott brunch for years. the price has now doubled since we started to go per person $90) and the service has steadily declined. I shouldn't get up from my place and ask twice for a coffee refill. hard fit for the future.
The price went high and desert selection seemed less. no more open bar. eating was very good overall. very nice place to have thanksgiving dinner.
My experience compared to the last year was mothers day brunch a little disappointing. they can say that the dining room management and the team have changed. the staff did not seem, well filled. the gentleman who was supposed to lead people into the dining room did not seem to know where he was sitting. I also do not believe that people knew that the congratulations were not included. while this may be a good thing, no congratulations for the customer; the server can always be stiff at the end. no one gave flowers this year, or at least when we made our reservations at 1:45. overall the experience was good compared to the previous year. I hope it improves, my mother loves to come here.
Having attended Mother's Day brunch here on numerous occasions, I am sad to watch the value erode to the point where we may not attend again. The numbers of ice sculptures and large floral pieces, which provided great ambiance, are on an annual decline; lack of a piano player, present in years past, was also notable. One station providing waffles was woefully insufficient. While the food was still delicious, the number of choices in each category seems to have dwindled. Simply said, I feel this brunch no longer worth the price.
