Mcdonald's - Chanhassen

Went through drive thru got soggy fries and it was half full came In to get them exchanged the cashier was rude and mimicked me to the person on the fry machine while the person on the fries started making comments the positive part was I got new fries and the manager intervened right away and took care of the situation right away.

This mcdonalds is better than most in the area. However, that doesn't say much. It was a 5 star mcdonalds 3 years ago, but it has gone far downhill. The food is usually well made, but they have gotten my order wrong 3 times in a row now, and I am disappointed. The staff tends to be callous and unfriendly when I am ordering. The mcdonalds, however, is clean and well kept.

Fries were old but edible. Other wise everything else was good.

I stop here every AM for iced coffee and the employees are the sweetest hardest working people ever. They always put a smile on my face!
