The interior of the restaurant has been renovated and looks very nice. On weekends, the drive-thru line can cause traffic all the way to the road. There have been a few instances where the order received at the drive-thru window was different from what was ordered, so now I make sure to double-check before driving forward and heading home.笑

I think it must be because they were busy! Ordering online for nuggets and hot wings was convenient. Oh, they gave me gum syrup and sugar with the hot wings. Even though they were next door, I could have asked for it, but everyone was so busy serving customers, no problem. Everyone is working hard during Golden Week. Thank you for being open and providing delicious food. I have never thought that their customer service was bad!!

The parking lot is spacious and the drive-thru is easy to use. The eat-in area inside the restaurant is also adequate in size. The staff members were polite and courteous.
