Contribuiți la feedbackI ordered a deluxe pizza, honey zitrus wing a garden salad and had delivered it to me at home. everything was fresh, delicious! the delivery took place in only 30 minutes! I'll eat here in a definitive way.
Ordered delivery, as my friend lives near, we ordered a three sose monstrosity of a pizza with vegan cheese, which (in our heads) is the perfect torte. it came to us as best as it could be delivered (form wise) and when I called to get a context, they were very knowledgeable about why the torte came runny. it helped that it also tasted incredible. in any case will be ordered again from here. (one with less sauce likely)
Great customer service and delicious pizza. we had the lunch special (big disc, drink and big salat $10.) they seem to make it all fresh for lunch specialties, in contrast to other places that they have under the heat lamp to buy. that said we waited a bit for the food, but nothing terrible. the prices could be slightly higher than other pizza places, but not much.
Wow, I have been a customer for about a year and I order frequently. Their website is horrible for ordering but I 've dealt with it. When a mistake was made (I obviously pressed one of their tiny buttons wrong) the employee told me there 's nothing they can do and I should call in next time (he spoke with his manager but the manager wouldn 't even come to the phone). I own 2 restaurants and I would fire any of my managers if that 's what came out of their mouth in response to a customer complaint especially when they have about $2.50 food cost in the pizza and charge $28 for a 1/2 pepperoni with 13 tiny pieces of burned something (and no cheese which was the mistake) and 1/2 extra cheese (which didn 't have extra cheese). $28 for a pizza that looks like Charlie Brown 's Christmas tree. I never leave bad reviews so as not to adversely affect a business rating because mistakes happen. BUT, I will never buy from this place ever again! My advice to the owner (who probably will never see this) in these hard times of finding employees, fire your Wednesday night manager as he/she will cost you more business. Update: I obviously pressed the wrong button for no cheese on 1/2 the pizza. But, there was no sauce on that half and tons of bare spots from popped bubbles. The other half that was extra cheese had barely anything on it. Yes, your manager made a new pizza AFTER I DROVE TO YOUR Location, because he wouldn 't come to the phone when I originally called, and presented the horrible looking pizza to him. His response even then was I 'm not allowed to remake a pizza, there 's nothing in the computer that will let me do it and I don 't make the rules . I had to get adamant with him and he finally responded with I don 't care, I will make a new one . Great management training you have. So your rule is to not take care of a bad end result not even allowing the capability in your POS system to fix a problem? That tells me you don 't trust any manager to make a judgment decision and you don 't care about your customers.
Zesty zeeks, is my new 5-star go to pizza, pasta, sandwich and salad restaurant. from the super simple, on the line menu with photos from menu elements to a great delivery from a wonderful supplier who was careful with my order, so it came hot and in image perfectly shape. I ordered two of the pasta in the broth bowls one the flesh and the other make themselves that I did their wonderfully perfectly seasoned meatballs, spicy marina and double cheese. if they were a fan of domino pizza pasta bowls, this is 1000 times better! lower line awesome food, easy to navigate on line order and a great delivery. please give them a try
