Contribuiți la feedbackVery bad customer service, bad communication, slow service, cold eating, flat, warm soda. I went through the drive and ordered. I waited almost 5 minutes before someone came into the window and then I got 2 so, warm, flat and NO ice. I asked about him and the man in the window said sadly, I can't fix it. then I went in and complained. I was told that the drive thru had no ice. wth, okay, please inform the customers. I came home and miss eating out of my order. I will not visit this place again!
He waited about 15 minutes in the drive through (can be longer.) I have two friosties that were completely melted when I got them. I have low expectations, the almost food restaurants, but I will not return.
The journey was slow, my burgers and pommes were both cold. we wanted to eat in the dining room, but when we were there at 9:16, the doors were already closed. the sign on the door said that the dining room was open until 10:00. they had indications that they were from American cheese, dipping sauces and salad. I am very disappointed that I spent $16 for a meal that was terrible.
The cash register looked like she was in bad condition or it seemed as if she was obliged to work her face there, it said everything and as daughter made a mistake what she ordered her face could say that she had not tolerance, our commands were warm and my daughter was cold. I'm not happy to go here, they just don't know how to treat the customers correctly that cashier had no name tag, but she has red color hair on the back of her head and curly, it's regrettable how the people go to work and customers have to pay for their wut.
It's fast food. They don't care about my review. Minimal customer service is expected these days.
