I proceed to place an order via drive thru- the lady said they will only accept orders through the mobile app and she could not take my order or she 'd get in trouble . I downloaded the app, placed my order- all payment methods experienced an error (debit card, credit card, Google pay, adding cash to the wendys app)...when I let the cashier know this she stated there 's nothing she could do. 5 min later another cashier comes to the window and takes my order. After waitig 20 min for my food...I received old cold fries, burgers and nuggets.
Waited 40 minutes inside for two 20 pieces. Our order was taken first then a huge line of people came in. They were served their food before us. Guy at the front counter had no idea what he was doing. He basically gave up and jus started handing out whatever was given to him. I also work in fast food and know what it 's like when there is only 5 people working in the store, but the behavior and customer service was unacceptable. Guy at the front clearly didn 't have enough experience in dealing with situations like that and ended up ignoring all the customers saying 'im jus handing out whatever they give me ' but is easily able to go pick up tongs and give other orders the chicken nuggets for their orders. Then manager tried to make it better by giving everyone strawberry frosties when she should jus be focused on getting the food out.
The service here is terrible, which seems to be a common issue at this location. Like many others, I went inside and was the only customer at the counter, yet it took at least five minutes before anyone acknowledged me. When I was finally approached, the woman at the counter, with a rather unpleasant attitude, told me she would be right with me. However, she went on to take several orders from the drive-thru instead. This is actually the second time this has happened to me, and both times I ended up walking out without any food. I've decided to give up on this location for good.
I visited the Wendy's at Warner Cooper just after noon and noticed a car parked in a way that took up two parking spaces. By the time I finished my meal and was the last customer inside, the car was still there, blocking both spaces. I suspect it may belong to an employee. I would appreciate it if management could review the employee parking guidelines.
The drive-thru was quite slow, and both my burgers and fries arrived cold. We had planned to eat in the dining room, but when we arrived at 9:16, the doors were already locked. A sign on the door indicated that the dining room was supposed to be open until 10:00. Additionally, there were signs posted saying they were out of American cheese, dipping sauces, and lettuce. I'm really disappointed that I spent $16 on such a subpar meal.
