Panera Bread - Chandler

What about this panera?, every time they order an salate, it is just gross, it is brown or slim or both.

I've had such a great experience yesterday, great service especially from a young strong handsome man name nick.... he was so kind: and streak and white cheddar was extremely good. will be coming back

One of my favorite places to eat! Love that the menu changes seasonally so you can try new items and flavors. I also love their sip club nothing like a cold drink on a hot summer day here in AZ. Staff is always friendly. My biggest kuddos is their delivery. Being pregnant food quality and safety is big for me and they do a great job at packing everything safely with tamper evident stickers on their food and drinks. This puts me at ease thanks Panera! Keep up the good work!

At least 50% of the time they get my order wrong. It's the closest Panera to my home, but I only go there if I don't have time to drive several miles further. Today was the last straw. I ordered a tuna salad on white whole grain, no onions, no lettuce, add avocado. I'm happy to pay extra for the avocado, assuming it's actually on the sandwich. I checked to screen carefully to make sure they wrote my order down correctly. But what I got was a tiny bit of tuna swimming in mayonnaise on focaccia with onions, lettuce and no avocado. The brownie I ordered was missing, too. I'm tired of paying for the wrong order and missing items. I won't be returning to this location. With gas prices what they are, I won't likely be driving to any of their other locations either.

I never do reviews on yelp. However, I went to this Panera two days in a row and both days they got my order wrong. The first day had only one thing wrong, however the second day had 3 of 4 things wrong. I should have checked the orders but both were to go orders with the order taped shut.
