Avoid going too early or too late to this restaurant. If you arrive outside of regular hours, you might find them closed due to staff shortages. If you do get in, don't be surprised if they mess up your order – it happens frequently. I’ve had issues with basic requests, such as asking for no sauce on a burger. For those of us who are diabetic, sauces often contain sugar, and it can be quite frustrating. Also, when you ask for bacon, it shouldn’t result in being charged extra for a sausage instead. It’s a simple request, and adding bacon shouldn’t come with an added cost. Overall, I left feeling disappointed.

I wish there was an option for zero stars. I want a refund! I placed an order this morning at 1:23 AM on my phone while I was out, despite seeing a "closed" sign for a 24-hour store. My order went through, but they couldn't do anything about it. I want my money back because I received nothing!

This is one of the best Jack in the Box locations I've been to. The service is consistently fast, which I really appreciate. My go-to items are the tacos and egg rolls, and they are always freshly made. The limited-time Bonus Jack burger used to be a long-time favorite of mine, but lately, they’ve been skimping on the lettuce, and it often comes out soggy. On the plus side, they do offer plenty of pickles. They stick to the basics and generally get it right. I just wish their shake machine worked more often; it always seems to be down when I try to order one.

To the breakfast. love the highest croissant sandwich. it's so delicious. always enjoy eating here.

I’m line for 45 minutes and still waiting ! Jack in the box do better!!! Hire more people pay better so they can actually service your customers . you lost a lot of business tonight ! Good Riddance so unacceptable!
