El Ranchero Mexican Grill - Chandler

The breakfast burritos at this restaurant are incredible! I've tried all the flavors, and they are all fantastic! My fiancé devoured the chile relleno plate in no time; he absolutely loved it. The Arizona special burrito is exceptionally delicious. This has quickly become our favorite spot for satisfying our frequent cravings for Mexican food. Being from Southern California, we have very high standards for good Mexican cuisine, and El Ranchero definitely meets them. They consistently get everything right. My only tiny letdown was the salsa, but honestly, the quality and flavor of the food make up for it; it’s really not even necessary! Haha!

I chose to eat at this place because it was a bit closer to me than the large chain restaurant down the street. Unfortunately, the food was quite disappointing. The salsa had a strange film on top, which made me worry it might be spoiled or moldy, so I decided to avoid it. The carne asada burrito was pretty tasteless as well.

As a passionate fan of Mexican cuisine, I've spent the last six months exploring different versions of menudo throughout the Phoenix Valley. One weekend, I decided to stop by El Ranchito Mexican Grill. From the moment I was welcomed by Elsa, I felt right at home. The owner, Momma Luz, personally brought the menudo to my table with great care. It was absolutely delicious, accompanied by tortillas of your choice, lemon wedges, and diced onions with cilantro. I also requested some oregano on the side. I left feeling completely satisfied and can't wait to return!

I've had the best menudo in ages! The atmosphere is fantastic, and the owner is really friendly with the customers. There are plenty of regulars who come here often. Although I live in Phoenix and this restaurant is in Chandler, I make it a point to stop by every time I'm in town for work.
