I ate in this restaurant more time, before writing this review. The menù was various, and I changed everytime differents main, the taste of every course was delicious. Everything is handmade (bread, beer, pasta, etc) I've apreciated everything and I advice you to try this restaurant. Every products is local.The location is nice, and in the summer you can eat outside (personally I love to do it). The staff was friendly and helpfull to explain you every course. Price per person was around 30 €.

In a warm Sunday of Summer, we decide to go to I Filari di Casalbono hoping in a bit of refreshment Unfortunately we have decidedly wrong because the farm, located in a conca, did not allow the slightest passage of air and instead to enjoy our outdoor table in the middle of the green, we decided to Pranzare all'Interno Arredato with very taste in Rustic style consulting the menu we decided to take the € 32 We ordered: Antipasto -Maialata: Capocollo in Porchetta, Ciccioli, Seasoned Sausage, Crustine with pork liver patè and Crostino with Herbette and Pancetta Seasoned.. .Voto 9...Veramente Excellent; -Flan allo Squacquerone, Zucchine Trifolate, Bottarga di Tuorlo Marinato; Primo...Voto 7... Very delicate but nothing incredible; -Spoia Lorda al Ragù...Voto 9...a first worthy of a Farmhouse, excellent both the filling and the Ragù; -Tortelli con Farina di Farro stuffed with Zucchine, Pomodorini Confit and Scaglie di Pecorino Canestrato.. .Voto 8... curious cakes, natural filling without contamination of cheese, sin zucchini were a little too bitter, but it happens...; Seconds -Grigliata Mista...Voto 9... Great taste and cooking; -Battilarda di Formaggi Locali e Fichi Caramellati.. .Voto 9... unexpected portion abundant and good selection of cheeses; Dolce -Parfait al Fondente, Crumble al Fior di Sale...Voto 10... A combination of excellent flavors 1 Microfiltered Water, 1/2 Red Wine and 1 Coffee Unlike other Guests, we found the abundant portions and the Quality-Price Report Great Recommended both in Lunch and Dinner Attention if you decide to reach the destination in Moto because being pebble in slope you risk falling, we recommend or leave the bike at the start of the Via del Ristorante or take the car directly
