Had a great meal on opening day, service was fantastic by Ellen. Very attentive and chatty which was lovely. Welcomed on arrival and all the new rules explained to us. Will be back!

16/05/19 Hey cant fault the place , Joseph our waiter did his job well ! Friendly , helpful and interactive . Food was really good and full of different flavours . Not halal but enough veg option available . Discount voucher made things that much better . Parking right outside the store . Nice restaurant layout . Id say yes to recommending and yes to returning to try out different things on their amazing menu . Thank you for the great experience and you will see us again soon

Food was tasty but portions small for the price paid and was very short staffed so once seated we had to wait almost half an hour before anyone came to ask for our drinks order let alone food order. Only one member of staff seemed to really know what she was doing and the poor girl was rushed off her feet trying to help the rest do their job effectively. Had a friend who is dairy and gluten free so found the menu a bit limiting but they had a good coded menu system. However they said they wouldn't come back to prezzo to eat.

Had prawns and caesar salad from gluten free menu. More lettuce in salad and not much else, as I don't eat eggs. The photo is of my friend's panna cotta. She like it.

Lovely atmosphere, I really enjoyed the food. Would've liked better presentation for my calzone, but it was pretty tasty. Prawn starter is great. Menu has changed a bit but it's good food. Service was excellent as well. Enjoy coming here
