I found a bug in my burger, and when my partner went to request a refund, he brought the food back to show them the bug. Unfortunately, all the staff were incredibly rude. One woman was especially unpleasant and tried to insist it was just a burnt seed from the bun, but it clearly had legs. We took photos and will be reporting this incident. I recommend avoiding this place.

The food is delicious and freshly prepared. The staff is friendly, and the prices are great.
