This was my first time trying a Tony Burger and I was less than impressed. The burger itself was pretty mediocre, almost blamd and the fries were thin which I don’t love and they had literally no salt. I have no idea what the hype is about this place nor the high review readings. This is my first and last visit to Tonyburgers, definitely not worth $17!
So normally, I’d try to average the three scores for the overall score, but these burgers far outweigh the other scores. These burgers are the best burgers I’ve had in the Salt Lake area, so far. However, one thing to make sure you get it right. You get the 1/4 lb. patties, get a double w/cheese. If you get the 1/3 lb. patties the meat to cheese to crust (from the smashed sear) ratio isn’t quite right. The fries are meh. The drink selection isn’t very good. However, the toppings selection for your burger are pretty good. The atmosphere depends on how busy they are. Sometimes they can get very busy, it gets loud, and kind of crowded. Anyway, the most important thing is that these are the BEST BURGERS in the Salt Lake Valley. Totally worth the money, and worth a drive to try them out.
Tonyburgers has great food and really good service. The atmosphere is Spartan, but what do you expect from a burger joint? Their dishes are study very good. I tried the bleu cheese burger this time, and it was delicious! If you like gourmet burgers, give then a try!
The customer service was excellent, the place had that 60s dinner vibe. But honestly the food wasn't that good. The beef and chicken patties was over salted and the onion rings feel apart the moment you touched them.
