Pancheros Mexican Grill - Cedar Rapids

Samonjai was so pleasant and friendly. I recommend this place because of this young man. The food was hot and fresh and was the perfect combination. The store was also clean and smelled so good. The floor was cleaned and swept and tables wiped down.

Absolutely filthy and they sold me a salad then said they were all out of forks. Why wouldn't they tell me that before making my salad. Worst experience we've had in a long time. Never returning.

I go to this location regularly and it's not worth it. The staff is pissy and don't care while they throw things around. The meat Is usually cold as well. Kirkwood pancheros is much better

I work nights, and often, due to family obligations, I run out of time to prepare myself a meal at home, and need to grab something on my way in to work to eat. I have always been a huge supporter of Panchero's.... until I started using this location regularly. Often times, you would see me pop in the door around 9:00PM, but lately it has been earlier than that; tonight: 7:00 PM. I walk in the door and the three employees (that I could see) were sitting at the tables by the soda machine on their phones and eating some food. Nobody was at the counter or anywhere else to be seen. As I approached them, they stopped me and said that they were out of: queso, corn salsa, sour cream, and a few of the meats. It's 7:00 PM, how on earth are you out of these staples; might at well close the doors for the night. Lately this has been the case every time I walk in the door. I walk up to the counter, and bam they are out of: burritos, meat, queso, etc. Super annoying and frankly, ridiculous. I just want the delicious burrioto that I know I can get from Panchero's, but once again, I was dissapointed. Not worth even walking in the door anymore. Too bad no others are close that I could go to.. tonight, Saucy Foccacia earned my business instead.

Pancheros has some of the worst staff i've ever seen a restaurant have. Every one I go to is terrible. Today I did an online order, and it was ready to go when I got there. I walk in and there is a line of people ordering, and then about three people waiting for online orders. The workers wouldn't even look at us, they were ignoring all the people who had online orders. Soon there was like 7 of us, and we were all asking for our food, and nobody would listen. One guy looked at like two things and said he didn't have anyone's. Everyone was getting so tired as they continued to get the walk-ins, and ignored all the mobile orderes. Finally I stopped someone and asked for mine and it was sitting right there the entire time. The whole point of mobile orders is that you don't have to interact with people, and it is quick and easy when you're in a rush. They are the only place that you can't just walk in and grab your order. You have to wait for an employee to get it for you. It's so ridiculous they are the only place that hasn't figured it out. Mobile orders are supposed to be prioritized, and it's so awful they wouldn't even look at us when they know some of us had places to be.
