Ihop - Cedar Hill

Food sat on the counter for a long time along with several other plates from other tables. When I asked the server, she said not all plates were ready. If my food is going to wait at the counter then it might as well just be in my table. I watched plates just sit at the counter the entire time we were there. Our server missed a few things we had asked for so our food was not great. Bathrooms are dirty. Floors are dirty. I will not be coming back to this location again.

We waited to be seated. We didn't see anyone, but one individual and he didn't acknowledge us. I noticed there were several other people also waiting and several orders sitting on the counter. I was under the impression that they were short staffed, so instead of continuing to wait we left to eat elsewhere.
