Chapps Burgers (cedar Hill)

Bad customer service. A few weeks ago I had a big carrier order and two of the burgers were prepared wrongly. One was worse than the other and totally wrong. I called to inform them that one of my orders was completely wrong and was told that the order was made right again. At that time I made it my goal that was about 30 minutes away, I didn't leave it back. I was told that they understand and give my name and number and next time they come? I came in today to make an order and redeem the remake. I talked to management and they suddenly had complete amnesia! I gave my name number and explained the situation, management said they had to take my name and number down and find my ticket. I explained they did this and asked about politics, then it was said that in business for 40 years and never had a problem! In principle, it refuses to honour its word on the remake. Seriously!!! This is my last purchase. I like the product, but refuse to accept this level of bad service. In the big issue of replacing a burger should be a huge problem?

First I had the bacon cheeseburger with Swiss cheese and I added grilled onions, mushrooms bleu cheese. It was so good that I didn't take photos. From the online pics, the burgers look quite small, but not in real life! That was a big burger! That's not a joke! I'll take photos when I order again. I think they double their French fries that were so amazing! Please try. Let me start saying that food is always great. I never had problems with the quality of my order. The owner of this facility needs some work with the customer service. Whenever I? ve had an interaction with him, he?s hard to work, very stingy when it comes to asking for ketchup or ranch. If you need to calculate extra, then calculate me. But don't leave us customers bad for questions. He does not welcome in any way, this has happened on several occasions. Will NOT go back.

I love reading the reviews AFTER I eat in a joint. My burger was delicious. I'm sitting here with the Giggles. Loved it all the way to the brown paper bag that missed me home (Chgo). I have the sweet potato fries. I'm trying to think if I can come back and not be a fat LOL.

I order a veggie burger from here two times I also ordered cheese fries I didn't like them very much but then the next day I ordered Cajun fries the were so much better the burger great no compliance about it . But the fries can use a little bit improvement
