Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Cary

I ordered the Chipotle chicken flatcake, Kale Slaw, and a blueberry smoothie. The flatbread was quite good, the Kale Slaw tasted fresh and flavorful, and the smoothie was decent. The food arrived quickly, and the prices were very reasonable. I was also pleased with the size of the smoothies. Overall, I was satisfied with my experience.

I had a frustrating experience ordering online at this restaurant. They charged my card, but when I arrived to pick up my order, I found a sign on the door saying the washbasin was broken, and there was no one available to help. I tried to get a refund online but received no response. It's disappointing because I’m sure they have multiple sinks available. After this experience, I’m done with Tropical Smoothies.

The food was decent, but we had some issues with the service. One member of our party ordered a bowl but received a pack instead. The young staff behind the counter seemed more interested in goofing off in the back and were hard to get the attention of. We placed a secondary order, which they took and then just left sitting on the counter without calling it out, so it became cold. When we finally inquired about our order, we had to ask for a fork too, but they disappeared again! I understand the importance of having fun at work, but when you can't manage orders and customers are left having to shout for your attention over the loud music and laughter, it's a problem. Remember, you're at work—it's important to do your job!

Delicious tropical teriyaki chicken flatbread sandwich. Chicken was tender and juicy salad, and tomatoes were fresh, the Teriyaki sauce was on place, and the Flatbread was soo soft. My smoothie hydrated me all morning/night.

Ordered a wrap and smoothie from this location for delivery. Driver showed up with only a smoothie. He said he would go back and pick up the remainder of the order...he never came back. Called the store 3 times to try and follow up...no one picked up. Thanks for stealing my money.
