Burger King - Cary

This has to be one of the poorest burger kings I've ever been to. Each time I go either the service is incredibly slow or they mess up the order or something goes wrong.

This has to be the most ghetto-tastic BK I've ever seen. None of the crew have a fifth-grader's command of English, much less a fifth-grader's ability to follow instructions or do a simply job right. Broken English, abrasive crew, botched orders--how does this store continue to operate?

I will be contacting the district manager of this particular Burger King. I 'm not the type to complain... but I just have to. This morning, I visited Burger King in Cary... just as I have on a few other occasions to use the WiFi in the morning with plans to purchase lunch once the lunch menu was to change over. Within 10 minutes of my being in the store, a crew worker approached me asked me to leave... Stating that I 've been using Wifi for 10 minutes without a purchase. I explained that I was planning to make a purchase later once lunch was being served. Still he wanted me to leave then called the police. I asked to have the number to his district manager, and he said No ... just get out. So I asked again, stating that I will call the district manager to let him/her know of the incident. The crew worker then said I don 't care, this Burger King is privately owned and the owners will not care . So I asked again for the managers number and was still declined. The crew owner then told me to Go call Obama . Though I would never call Obama, what is Obama going to do? I didn 't vote for Obama and this isn 't an issue between Obama and I. It 's an issue concerning the rude staff at this particular Burger King. I am 40 years of age and I 've spent tons of money at Burger King over the course of my lifetime. I have plenty of fat and love handles to show for it (laughing). Anyway, I was escorted out by a Cary police officer and the officer told me to go on over to McDonald 's. And here I am enjoying a coffee and waiting for the lunch menu to change over so that I can enjoy a chicken sandwich. Money that I would have spent at Burger King. Anyway, I did call the location to ask someone else for the district managers number and I hate to add that his English is so broken that I could not understand the prefix. After my 3rd time asking the crew member to repeat the prefix, he then became very abrupt and swiftly hung up the phone upon the call ending.

Don't know why all the bad reviews. Ordered and food was ready in 2 minutes. Everything was made to order.

I ordered a veggie Whopper. They forgot the veggie patty. When I discovered this at home I called to complain. Nobody answered. They weren't busy. I think they were operating with no management present.
