Church's Chicken - Carthage

I had to wait for a while to get my food. It was not super but it was alright. It could be a bit cleaner. The best thing they have are the honey biscuits they are delicious!

Horrible customer service they let me stand there for 5 minutes before anybody said anything. I finally get some help they were dry and seemed very unhappy about being at the job they choose to work at. Manager was rude as hell I saw no gloves and when Isaid something about there attitudes I was told ?it?s a job would you be happy? from the older rude lady that finally came tothe front. If you didn?t like your job or dealing with the public go home.

Tried 3 different times (a week or so apart) to order spicy chicken. They always tell me they are out before 5 in the evening. Can't cook more because it has to marinate overnight. If they sell out of anything, they don't make more..... Coleslaw, etc.

Been here three times. Always have to wait at least 15 minutes for order. This last visit waited 25 minutes. When I placed my order they boxed my chicken from the warmer, I guess fries and mash take 25 minutes. Chicken has never been fresh all threetimes. I've been to other churches and like their chicken. Will never be back to this location. Save your self the headache andgo to chicken express.

This was my first time to try Church's Chicken. It was really good and the person taking my order was exceptionally friendly! I will definitely be back!
