Subway - Carstairs

Used to be good. But to heat up the meat for the sub a dirty container was used. Then when closing the sub, the knife she used had mayo all over it. She pulled the dirty knife out, gave it a shake off getting mayo all over their cabinets then used it to close my sun getting mayo all over it. (I never ordered mayo! then she got the cookies I asked for all wrong. This is a common theme lately. It’s unfortunate

Awesome team of young boys davinder and kulveer. Went this evening oh boy they served really well, sandwiches were better than probably i've had at other stores before. definitely 5 stars for good customer service.

This place has gone down hill since the new owners took over. The gentleman that was helping us couldn’t remember what I was saying and had to ask multiple times, he was trying to work to fast and kept making mistakes. The cleanliness was brutal, bread was left out for flies to land on dirty containers left out and not cleaned. The produce looked terrible as well. This experience has left me with a sour taste in my mouth and I will not be back. What a shame.
