Chick-fil-a - Carrollton

This used to be a great Chic-fil-a, but since it reopened the service is slow, The food is cold, and when you stand at the counter NOBODY will ask to help you. People will look at you, but won?t seek to help you. A lot of playing behind the counter.On the bright side, a super sweet girl named Lilly is always helpful and smiling. She keeps a clean dinning room!

My experience at this Chick fila location is most always pleasant, I typically go through their drive thru or curbside pickup and my order is most always 100% accurate. When it is not, if I let an employee know, they correct it every time without anyquestions asked!!! I HIGHLY Recommend this place for food at any meal of the day!!!

Food was good. Service was really slow for dine in. There were as many as six people in line with only one register open. The person running the register was also taking food out to the tables some of the time. Lot's of employees standing around. We'vebeen to this location twice since it reopened after the remodel and it was the same both times.

Great food but for dine in the line was long and all the way to the door. Line was jammed up against tables where people were eating. Much better to snake line near counter. It was uncomfortable being right on top of people while they were trying to eatlunch.

It was the first time that I?ve been there since they demolished rebuilt it. The young ladies were FANTASTIC. The only thing that I could not believe is the canopies are not connected to protect the workers from the elements. The canopies are huge. Idon?t understand why they didn?t connect them being they spent a FORTUNE remodeling this restaurant. I made a remark to theyoung lady that took our order Chic fil a could only hope for their other employees to be as gracious as she was. She said ?they switch us out so we don?t get over heated. ?.
