I’m not the kind of person that leaves bad reviews to be honest. I’ve worked in fast food before and have been in the restaurant industry for the last 10 years so I know there’s always going to bad day or two. But every time I order food at this location I’m constantly disappointed. The quality of food, customer service and the speed of service is terrible. Every time I go to the location 8 minutes away by Spring Hill mall it’s a 10/10. I know this location hasn’t always been this bad. But in the last couple years and especially in the last couple months it makes me not want to return and I rather just take a slightly longer drive and no longer support this location anymore. Too many negative experiences and I usually end up giving my food to raccoons because it’s so bad. And sometimes they don’t even want it.

Please clean the bathroom constantly and don't make me use the kiosks to order. Do better!

I went through the drive through and we asked for 3 4for4s and they told us it was $25:37 cents I sad what and I asked for the receipt she was like yea look at the receipt in a sassy way they charged 6 dollars for sprite and the rest was not adding up this was just sad
