Chipotle Mexican Grill

Had lunch with my daughter here. The food was great. ?The service was also fantastic. The young lady who served us was very plesant and exceptionally nice.

Out of fajita vegetables and black beans. Person in front of us was given 4 times the amount of meat without asking. Tables were uncleaned.

First of all, the place was absolutely disgusting. So dirty and not taken care of.My issue was this:I’m a dasher, I had an order to pick up at 10:45pm. Restaurant closes at 11. When I got there, all of the doors were locked and the employees refused to acknowledge me. I could see the order I needed sitting at the pickup counter along with several other orders. They closed the restaurant early and took those people’s money without giving them their food. I can understand if I had come in to order 15 minutes before close, that’s a jerk move, but I was just picking up a dash. If you’re going to close early, you need to turn off mobiles or at least only let people come in for pickup and not take any new orders. Really messed up thing to do. I lost out on that pay and that customer didn’t get food they paid for along other several other customers. Unbelievable!

It was very clean, the staff was really nice, and the portion sizing was very generous.

This location was very dirty. Tables were not wiped off, the floor had clearly not been swept in a while. The women’s restroom was disgusting, paper towels all over the floor. This location was also out of ice, napkins, chips, steak, and kid’s juice. The utensils had not been stocked. The drinks had not been stocked. It was not a pleasant eating experience like Chipotle had once been.
