Very disappointing. We waited for more than 45 mins for our food to arrive; the food was extremely salty; when asked the staff was very rude. At least another 10 tables were having the same experience and we’re very unsatisfied. Never again.

Una pena porque no di con el paradero del lugar, me mandaba adentro del centro comercial y le di vueltas y vueltas y nada al final comimos helado en otro sitio, pero si que tienen buena pinta!

Good afternoon, this complaint is exclusively for the employee Luís Vicente, it turns out that this employee is arrogant and not at all friendly. I've been coming to Portugália Alfragide for some time and I'm always very well attended by the other employees in the room, especially Nelson. This time I had the experience of being attended by Mr. Luís, and I must say that it was not a good experience. It started with our arrival, Mr. Luís saw that we were waiting to enter the restaurant and pretended he didn't see us, the person in charge who I went to pick up the door was very friendly and attentive. It turns out that we sat at the tables that he was taking care of. The employee didn't care about the service at all. There were no doubts about the dishes since I was accompanied by friends who wanted to try Portugália, as I speak so highly of this restaurant. But the waiter had no respect, he ordered the dishes and with that he spilled sauce on my friend's shirt and he didn't even care, the person in charge saw what happened and went to the table to apologize and helped my friend to to clean. The person in charge apologized for what happened, I asked to exchange a word with her, I explained what was happening and she took measures and took over the table and ended. She was very busy helping all the employees but even so I managed to do our service in an exemplary way. As I say, this complaint is exclusively for Mr. Luís. Once again I would like to thank the person in charge who did everything possible for us to leave satisfied, I didn't memorize her name, but she had glasses and light eyes. In relation to eating nothing always point out impeccable and delicious. Congratulations to the rest of the team present, you are always attentive and committed.
