I ordered 2 Korean garlic bowl and chickens didn’t cook well. And we had to throw them out because we couldn’t eat them. Then I called the store and they just said sorry and closed the phone. I paid money and I couldn’t eat my food. It should be more than sorry! Disappointed…

Disappointed with my experience. Made an honest mistake with my order, but staff refused to remake it, citing customer responsibility. Empty store, no excuse for lack of assistance. Owner's response lacked empathy, blamed me for the error. Disappointing customer service. exceptional customer service involves more than just fulfilling orders—it requires empathy, flexibility, and a genuine desire to ensure every guest leaves satisfied. Until then, I'll be taking my business elsewhere, where my patronage is valued and mistakes are met with understanding rather than blame.
