Wiwo Noodle Canton - Cardiff

Great place for some delicious noodles. I work around the corner and I'm coming for most days for the lunchtime deal it always hits the spot. for less the one fifth I get a large box of noodles and a can. Much better the amount of meals that only offer a cold sandwich, snack and drink. This place is halfway! You would have tried it before.

"I loved the affordable prices and generous portion sizes, along with the speedy service. However, I was a bit disappointed with my order of jasmine rice topped with teriyaki sauce. I was expecting just a light drizzle, but it was soaked in it, making it less appealing. I also tried the hot chili sauce, which had a nice kick but was surprisingly sweet as well, which I found a bit odd. Overall, the food was great, but I would recommend using less sauce next time."

Ordered food from here yesterday evening given a time and it turned up almost 40 mins after that. Lukewarm and drenched in the sauces you choose the katsu chicken was thin chewy and grisly all looked like it was cooked a while before microwaved mush thrown in a box and sent out!

Today, on 12/11/2018, I decided to give it another chance, but I was thoroughly disappointed. I waited 35 minutes for two junior boxes, and when they arrived, they weren’t even half full. There was hardly any meat, no sauce at all, and it was overly greasy—a bland mess that went straight into the trash. You really don't get your money's worth in either food or service. Given my past experiences, I couldn’t be bothered to go back. The staff clearly don’t care. I will not be returning and certainly would not recommend this place.

Utter shambles Ordered a meal at 8, 30 minutes past due I call to be told it is out for delivery and next call...1 hour later I chase (food ordered 2 hours previous) food shows up with sides not hot (we live about 750 yds from their premises). Nobody here is trained to give a refund which is very much their problem. Can 't give you an immediate refund it takes 5 days literally against the goods and services act. Absolute shower of uselessness and lies to cover diabolical service. You just lost a very loyal customer
