Excellent fast service the employees are courteous hot meal best McDonald's service received in my entire life everyone is smiling thank you to McDonald's place laurier and continue like that despite the traffic I received a hot meal in less than 2 minutes I highly recommend this McDonald's to everyone ?

I am served a coffee with 2 creams, 2 sugars. I tasted it because I could tell it was cold through the glass. I bring it back, the manager tells me well there with 2 cream, it's normal. I have had my coffee there every morning for 3 years with 2 cream... it has always been hot and sweet. So I threw it away and would go elsewhere every morning with GREAT PLEASURE.Have a good start to the week... ?‍

Visit on June 9, 2023 at 8 a.m. with my group of 40 people. The supervisor (a girl with her helmet on) refused to give the driver a free working meal. at the end we understood the reason. she doesn't want us to bring 50 people back, because it makes their work heavier. she doesn't care about anything aside from the boss, only she doesn't want to work and does the minimum work. These kind of people don't deserve the top job at all. You have to put her on the doorstep. Do not promote this person. We will continue to escalate our reviews to the next level!

The week is fine. The weekend is the big chat for everyone who hasn't seen each other since their last shift, it takes twice as long to have their coffee on Saturday morning as on Monday morning… well, it's okay that the employees are friends but also have to work.Also, the electronic terminal to order? Still out of paper. When? The weekend. Some items are not available with the points on the terminal, although the problem has been mentioned.

It has self-service and in-person service, very fast, clean, and a good environment.
