Panera Bread - Cape Coral

Everyone who works face time face with customers are very nice and take pride in there work. I wish the food was just as good but the cooks at this Panera are sloppy and don?t care about the finished product, spent thirty dollars with tip to get 2 sandwiches that were drenched in salt with nothing in them. The tomatoes were white and clearly not fresh. Next time i go there it will be just to take pictures of the meal for another review. I wish the food would get better.

I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich and a cup of French onion soup to be delivered. When I received the order the grilled cheese sandwich was burned all over the bread was black. The soup was mostly all broth lacking onions and cheese. It was pitiful. Neither were edible. I called the restaurant and complained about it and was told a refund would be issued within 48 hours. Never happened. As they use door dash for delivery I then called them and was told the restaurant itself would have to do the refund. Again called the restaurant and was told a refund would be issued within 3 days. A refund was never issued. I was surprised because Panera Bread was supposedly very good. It was not. No refund and rude person who answered the phone. Beware. I will never again eat from there again.

DON'T ORDER IF YOU HAVE ALLERGIES. Almost every week we order lunch one day from Panera, because the ingredients are normally good. Every time though the staff puts in what you asked not to have and neglect to put in something you asked for. So take a good look at your salad before you eat. What you get might not have anything to do with what you ordered.

This is my local Panera bread and I have given them multiple opportunities to get not only our to go orders right but to have items in stock.We have been ordering from here since they opened. This location seems to have run out of French Baquettes and other ingredients as well. Every time we want to order baguettes, they do not have them. Not only that, I was told that they do not have a brioche bun for their new Chicken take sandwich and that they couldn't substitute the bread. Meanwhile, I?m hearing their employees offer other to go orders the option of choosing another kind of bread for that same sandwich. Why was I not given this option? They basically lied to my face. No matter what time of day I have ordered from here, they mess up our order or we have to order something different because they cannot adjust their menu items. The pictures are from our order tonight. The first picture only has three small pieces of chicken for the pick two salad which is completely different then the same salad ordered last week in store. The second picture is supposed to be a large salad. $12 later for a small salad. Grilled cheese was burnt on the inside with the bread hardly cooked. I have never had a problem at any other Panera Bread. Very unhappy with this location since it opened.

Christine was a joy to chat with while she rang up my order. Cinnamon crunch bagel was moist and delicious. The new Strawberry Mint lemonade was really tasty too!
